WASHINGTON - The holidays are right around the corner and so are all of those extra calories! Crunch Fitness trainer Leo Cort joined FOX 5’s Erin Como for a look at how to use resistance bands for a total body workout.
First up is the reverse lunge with press to hit the quads, hamstrings, glutes, shoulders, and triceps – all at the same time. Partner up with a friend to for a squat pull and then target the triceps again. (WATCH THE VIDEO AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE TO SEE THE MOVE IN ACTION)
